Willy Rizzo is a jack of all trades. Society photographer, portraitist, war correspondent: he was one of the figureheads of Paris Match’s legendary photography staff. He also had a passion for dance, photos of which are currently on display at his gallery. To capture the movements of dancers, Rizzo attached a “kalart” (invented in 1930 for the military) to the front of his Rolleiflex.
